Beate Ritzler – Integral Change Supervision and Large Groups Workshops
Since 1991, Beate Ritzler works successfully as a consultant, team trainer and supervisor in the implementation of change processes. She specializes in the development of integral change architectures (project organization, role models, master plans, workshop design)
She accompanies senior managers in systemic management consulting, in change processes, in team development workshops and and the sustainable implementation.
She works action and resource oriented and ensures sustainably and proven the success of the activities.
